Free Your Creative Genius:
3 keys to release self-judgment and give your brilliance to the world

A 90-minute Masterclass on Friday, January 5th
11am PT, 2pm ET, 7pm UTC

You’re a creative with a beautiful vision...
but it just isn't happening.

Whether you:

Compare yourself so much to others that it stops you in your tracks
Are crippled by perfectionism, self-criticism, or "analysis paralysis"
Are stuck in hiding mode, and haven't shared your creative work for eons
Can't seem to carve out the time for it, and feel the pain of neglecting your gifts
Let your "real work" take priority over the creative work you long to do
Are doubting your creativity even matters, and feeling the agony of letting your dream quietly die

...You're not alone.

The self-doubt and struggle are signs that you're at a key threshold.

And reinvention is not only possible, it is an essential part of your creative unfolding.

This free 90-minute masterclass is here to ignite that process.

In our time together you will:

Understand how your obstacles can become your greatest allies on the creative path
Unearth what’s been holding you back, so that you can come out of hiding and own your unique creative gifts
Learn my 3 must-do practices to turn self-doubt and comparison into creative flow and fruition

... and do all of this with ease and alignment with your own rhythms
  (yes, it's possible!)

If you’re like many of the people I work with, even though you’ve done a lot of personal development and you’ve achieved some beautiful things, you know there’s untapped brilliance inside you.  You know you have a whole lot more to give… but it just isn’t happening.  Maybe you doubt you’ll ever create what you feel called to.

I feel you. I’ve been there. And I know you can do it. Because I’ve done it, and so have the hundreds of people I’ve worked with. This system comes out of twenty years of deep engagement in creative and personal work… and it’s a game-changer.

Hi, I’m Marisa.

I’ve had the blessing of over twenty years of experience in my two vocations, art and self-realization.

On the creative side, I am the author of the memoir Loyal to the Sky, which won a Nautilus Gold Award for world-changing books, and my essays, fiction, and poetry have appeared in numerous publications.  My songs are available on Spotify and my music videos on Youtube.  I earned my MFA from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, and I’ve received many fellowships in Creative Writing, including a Fulbright and an Elizabeth George Foundation grant.

On the spiritual side, I’ve been practicing Insight Meditation in retreats and daily life since 2002, and teaching since 2012.  I am a Certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie, a powerful practice for questioning painful beliefs and accessing intrinsic wisdom.  I also have long-term practices in Authentic Movement, Somatic Experiencing, and Ecstatic Dance. I teach widely on creativity and transformation at places like Stanford, Spirit Rock, Esalen, and the California Institute for Integral Studies.

Last but not least, I’ve had the great joy, time and again, of seeing my coaching clients blossom in their personal lives and succeed in their creative work—whether that’s landing a six-figure publishing deal, signing with a prestigious agent, or finally creating again after years of being blocked.
